• Personalisation content: photos, names, dates, notes and messages you upload for your gift.
• Basic browsing info: cookies, device type and pages visited, so the site works and improves over time.

Only for what makes sense — designing your gift, processing your order, delivering it, and staying in touch about it. Occasionally, if you've opted in, to send you a soft nudge about new drops or offers.

The photos and notes you upload are used only to create your specific order. We store them securely for the time needed to make and ship your gift, and we do not share, publish or reuse them for marketing without your written permission.

We share your information only with the partners we need to fulfil your order — payment gateways, shipping couriers and our printing partners. We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.

You can ask us to see, update or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just email us and we'll sort it within 7 working days.
