Every WrappedLove gift is made to order — so timelines matter. Here's how long things take, and how we get them to you in one lovely piece.

1. Production time
- Standard gifts (frames, mugs, keychains, magnets): 3–5 working days.
- Bigger keepsakes (albums, scrapbooks, explosion boxes, LED frames): 5–8 working days.
- Complex or bulk orders: we'll share a custom timeline before confirming.
Production begins after payment is received and all customisation details (photos, names, notes) are with us.
2. Shipping time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Metro cities: 2–3 working days.
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days.
- Remote pin codes: up to 10 working days.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your pin code and the size of your order. Orders above ₹1,499 usually ship free within India.
4. Express / rush orders
Need it faster for an anniversary or birthday? Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98185 79499 before ordering — we'll tell you honestly if we can make it happen and share a small rush fee if applicable.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link over email/WhatsApp. Most orders go via Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC or Shiprocket partners.
6. Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before paying. If a courier returns your order because of a wrong address or three failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. International shipping
We currently ship only within India. For international requests, please write to us and we'll help you arrange it privately.
