WrappedLove is a Delhi-based gifting studio making customised, made-to-order gifts. All orders and communication are handled directly by our team.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order over email or WhatsApp — that's when the contract begins. We reserve the right to cancel any order (with a full refund) if we can't fulfil it for any reason.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be completed at checkout or via the WhatsApp payment link we share. Orders begin production only after payment is received.

You confirm that any photos, names, artwork or messages you send us are yours to use, and don't infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or dignity. We may decline orders with content that is offensive, unlawful, or protected by copyright we can't verify.

Every WrappedLove gift is made fresh for one specific person. Because of this, cancellations and returns follow the special rules on our Cancellation Policy and Return Policy pages.

Handmade means each piece has small, beautiful imperfections. Screens also show colours differently. Minor variations in colour, texture, wood grain or finish are part of the craft, not a defect.

All designs, photography, illustrations and copy on this website belong to WrappedLove. Please don't copy, resell or reuse them without written permission.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not responsible for indirect losses (missed occasions, feelings, third-party courier delays outside our control), though we'll always do our best to make things right.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
